Set up and tear down

Exhibitors must comply with the set up and tear down times indicated. All exhibits must remain intact until the Expo is officially closed at 12:45 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11, 2020. If an exhibit booth is dismantled prior to 12:45 p.m., your company will not be eligible for the discounted returning exhibitor early bird rate for the 2021 conference.

  • One 8′ x 10′ booth with 10′ high draped back wall and 3′ high draped side rails
  • Carpeted exhibit area
  • One 6′ draped/skirted table with two chairs
  • One line booth identification sign
  • Two exhibit staff registrations (additional exhibitor registrations can be purchased for $100 through the online exhibitor registration form)
