Daniel Doyen

Daniel Doyen is a proud member of the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin and the owner of D&T Construction LLC, a Native-owned business he founded in 2013. Initially specializing in residential and commercial exterior remodels, D&T Construction has grown into a full-service general contracting fi rm that self-performs projects from design and development to construction. Over 12 years in business, Daniel has built a 6,000-square-foot facility for D&T Construction and created carpenter apprenticeship opportunities to primarily serve Native communities. His team currently employs fi ve Native American carpenters, with growing interest from others to join.
A strong advocate for the trades and promoting Native American entrepreneurship, Daniel is committed to building a sustainable future while empowering his community. Personally, Daniel has achieved signifi cant milestones, including completing an Ironman triathlon in Madison, WI, in 2018, being named one of the 32 most infl uential Native Americans in Wisconsin in 2024, and earning his GED in 2022 through NWTC's Bridge to Pathway Careers program. He has since started pursuing an associate degree in business management, underscoring his belief in the importance of continued education for advancing in any career.
