JT is an HVAC technical consultant at Slipstream since May 2024, with over 10 years of expertise in designing and implementing innovative technical solutions to address diverse business challenges. His work focuses on evaluating technical workflows and procedures to identify risks and inefficiencies while providing strategies to enhance operational performance. JT develops training curriculums aimed at transforming homeowner perspectives of the HVAC profession, emphasizing professionalism and fostering collaboration between homeowners and contractors both novice and experienced. With the constantly evolving industry landscape, he prioritizes quality assurance, cutting-edge technology integration, and day-one design optimization for electrifying homes and buildings. 

In his career, JT has served as a technical trainer for a large company with over 30 HVAC technicians. He has designed and led more than 100 training sessions and curriculums focused on service, sales, installation, and business development. As an ESCO Institute-certified proctor, JT has successfully delivered over 40 EPA 608 training sessions and proctored exams. Before joining Slipstream, he worked as an adjunct instructor at a local community college for four semesters, introducing over 70 students to the HVAC industry.
