Mark Etrheim

Mark Etrheim started building homes with a panelized product from Wick Homes. When 1982 came with 18% mortgage rates, he changed to stick building the homes himself in order to make some money. Eventually grew the company and with the help of some great employees. Mark has been building homes for 44 years and complete 10 to 30 new homes per year and have completed over 800 new homes. We have a number of business interests including a large residential rental business, commercial office space leasing, develop land when the opportunity presents itself, a wedding venue on the river called Celebrations and a couple of others that keep him very involved.

Mark golfs (mediocre), loves to travel and see the world, is involved in the La Crosse Area Builders Association (past president 1994 and 2001) and the Wisconsin State Builders Association as President in 2007. He have been honored to receive a number of awards, Builder of the Year in 1998 and 2002, Presidents award in 1998, and others. He belong to Valley View Rotary, the Onalaska Apartment Association, Board member of a few charitable organization in town and am a Real Estate Broker. Mark has a strong interest and aptitude for business and believe in doing the right thing as a profitable business philosophy.
