Paul Gerrard

Paul Gerrard is the Vice President of Gerrard Corporation, a family-owned real estate development and brokerage business established in 1954. Projects have included building and developing more than 3,000 apartment units along with residential, student, and senior housing, commercial and retail development, and single-family homes. Paul directs the property management side of the business.

Gerrard Corporation is a leading company with the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority in alternative green energy and has been recognized for its efforts by the state of Wisconsin Governor’s office, the Wisconsin Green Built Homeowner’s Association, and with the Annual Charles L. Edson Tax Credit Excellence Award (Edson Award), presented by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Most recently the company was featured in the Capital Times for the innovation and forward progress of development in the field of green energy utilizing solar, and now geothermal heating and cooling.
